What could be improved

I really like the movie, but Christine doesn't seem very real to me,,,too perfect, you know? I think they could've depthened her character. Just my opinion, tho.

Well, it wasn't that different from the stage.
If you want to get mad at someone for getting rid of depth, it should probably be Adrew Lloyd Webber, who wrote it!
Actually, as I remember it, Christine didn't have that much depth in the book, either. She was basically there to be innocent and have to choose between the two.
That's okay. I still love her. lol

lol,,,i still love her character, i just think she would've been a little more real to the viewer/reader if she had more depth....i've never read the book or seen the broadway play,,,but I'm obsessed with the movie,,,lolb

I know, right? It's the best freaking movie on the planet!
Even when Twilight comes out, I'll still like Phantom better. (And that's saying something!)

Hummm.... I have to say, the disfigurment could have been way better, it REALLY looks like a sunburn actually....


P.S. I am surprised that none of you E/C shippers and Erik lovers haven't said anything like: "Well I wish they made Christine pick Erik...and blah blah blah....".

Um.....I can't exactly agree with you there, but you have your own opinions..... I think if they ACTUALLY gave him a disfigurment, I think more girls would have liked him for better reasons..... then again, they'd still like him because of Gerry. lol
